Delete your account and data
You can ask us at any time to delete your Achman account and the personal data linked to it. Here is how it works.
Quickest: from the app
In the Achman app open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. The account is closed straight away.
Send your request
Fill in the form below, or e-mail info@achman.co.in from your registered number or address.
We verify it is you
To protect your account we confirm through your registered mobile number or e-mail.
Your data is deleted
Within 30 days of verification your account and personal data are erased, and we confirm to you.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your profile, birth details, kundli, chats, saved addresses and device identifiers.
- Kept where the law requires: payment, invoice and tax records, with identifying details removed where possible.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Your booking history is removed with the account.
